Cubist Murano sommerso pink ashtray. Looks like Flavio Poli’s design, 1960’s.
Sommerso refers to the type of Murano Italian glass made in the Sommerso "submerged" style, which usually creates layers of glass in conflicting colors giving the illustion of immersed layers of color.
