Set of 4 porcelain espresso cups with saucers and one ashtray. The set was made at the Iris Factory, Cluj Napoca.

The set has some age signs, the paint in some parts is weared off, please inspect the photos. 

Iris Factory was build in 1922 in Cluj, and it was the first factory to produce fine porcelain items in Romania. A great part of its luxury collection was exported. It also competed in international fairs against producers from China, Japan and France. Some of the porcelain items made by Iris Factory were designed for the Ceausescu family, members of the Central Comittee or as presents for foreign delegates.

Most of our items had a previous life that may have left small signs of wear and tear. We are trying to photograph all items in a relevant way, but if your product doesn’t look as presented, please contact us for return and refund.
